Our Services
and Expertise...
Wills, Powers of Attorney and Health Documents
We'll explain the unique purpose of each document, the various options available to you, and make a recommendation that suits your specific circumstances.
Deceased Estates
Being responsible for finalising a deceased estate can be overwhelming, especially when you are already navigating loss and grief. We can explain what needs to happen in what order, and take as much as possible off your hands.
Estate Litigation
You may know or suspect that you have not been adequately provided for in someone's Will, or perhaps you are hoping to defend such a claim. Either way, we will listen and advise you of your rights and obligations.
Business Transactions
The list of things to understand, document and maintain in business can seem never-ending. We can assist with the structuring of new and existing businesses, the purchase and sale of businesses, contract drafting and much more.
Leasing
Legislation on commercial and retail leasing is long and it's easy to get lost in your rights and obligations. We can make sense of it all and advise you accordingly. And of course, we can take care of all of your lease documentation.
Property Law/Conveyancing
As a regional twin city, we are lucky to be the home to beautiful homes, commercial spaces, new property developments and rural land. We can help you to buy or sell locally or beyond.

Tech - positive
We have staff on-site to assist you in person, and you’re always welcome to give us a call or send us a letter. On the flip side, we’re ready to chat via email or video call, and can assist you remotely. Behind the scenes, we have staff dedicated to learning what the latest legal technology has to offer so that we can utilise it in collaboration with traditional tools. In a nutshell, we’ll learn about artificial intelligence, so that you don’t have to!
Approachable
Every member of our team is professional and takes formality seriously when required. But we’re also real people. You can expect a conversation with anyone here to be helpful, warm and welcoming. We speak in plain language and keep the lines of communication open. It’s important to us that you feel like you are speaking to a trusted peer, and are listened to along the way.
Proud to be local - centuries on
On 1 July 2024, Belbridge Fleming Law was born from a merger of Albury’s longest standing law firms. Rob Meers of Belbridge Hague Law and Kellyanne Allwood of Fleming Muntz solicitors, as directors of their respective firms, came together to announce their renewed venture. Together, the two previous firms have been operating in Albury for over 315 years.
Honouring the legacy of both firms was incredibly important to both Rob and Kellyanne when planning and launching the merge. As was ensuring that our community could continue to rely on both teams for trusted legal advice.
Every member of the united team is proud to have called Albury or Wodonga home at one point in their lives, with some having been here for decades. Many of our staff are enthusiastic members of various school communities, sporting clubs and not-for-profit organisations. Others frequent local networking events and enjoy the tourism that this beautiful region has to offer.
Helping locals is the foundation of our business and we look forward to helping you navigate whatever the legal world throws at you.
