Belbridge Fleming Law offers:

A family-first approach

Life throws us plenty of curve balls that can't be conveniently scheduled after hours. We understand that family members and pets get sick, medical appointments are hard to come by and school holidays can be tricky. We offer our staff flexibility to prioritise what matters. You can rest assured that we truly care about your health and happiness when you join the Belbridge Fleming team.

Opportunities for growth

Whether you've got small goals, or dreams that get bigger by the day, we're here to support you. We make sure that our solicitors have the opportunity to absorb more than just the minimum CPD education. Beyond client reliance on our staff being up to date with all legal developments, they also appreciate building a connection with a legal team that feels fulfilled and empowered in their work.

Collaboration

While there are always tasks that require individual focused attention, we also highly value collaboration amongst our staff. Unpacking legal problems and potential solutions with colleagues is not only socially and developmentall beneficial for our staff, but also provides our clients with peace of mind that someone is always there to help.

Resources

We know that it's not very productive or mentally stimulating to sit around wondering what to do next or how to help others. We offer the technological, education and supervision resources that our team needs to learn and take ownership of their work. We love seeing the staff at Belbridge Fleming exercising their creativity and improving processes to offer the best possible solutions for our clients.
